LOS ANGELES -- Southern Californias path to the Pac-12 title game is clear.A win over rival UCLA, plus losses by Utah and Colorado, would give the Trojans the Pac-12 South for the second consecutive year.In a quirk of the schedule, No. 15 USC will know where it stands before it kicks off against the Bruins late Saturday night, as the No. 11 Utes and No. 12 Buffaloes play early afternoon games. If Utah and Colorado both win, USC would be eliminated from Pac-12 title contention as it would lose any potential three-team tiebreaker. A Colorado loss to No. 20 Washington State would have USC rooting for the Buffaloes to defeat Utah the following week, holding the head-to-head tiebreaker over Colorado after a 21-17 win at the Coliseum in October. That puts USC players and coaches in the awkward position of whether or not to watch the scoreboard, with coach Clay Helton admitting he would.Ill look at the score and see where we are at, Helton said.Defensive end Porter Gustin wont actively be keeping tabs on Utah and Colorado, but figures he will know where USC stands anyway.Ill probably hear about it. Were all going to be interested, Gustin said. If they lose, of course its going to be nice. I think it will help get us up, get the energy up. Either way the energy is going to be up though.Though USC is coming off a win at No. 7 Washington and has won six games in a row, its longest streak since 2008 when it last won a conference title, everyone in the program insists there is no risk of a letdown this week against struggling UCLA.Our backs are against the wall, safety Chris Hawkins said. We felt like that from Game 1, but it just didnt work in our favor early on. Now it has turned around and our hard work is really showing. That is especially true for the defensive front, which sacked Huskies quarterback Jake Browning three times in the upset win. Gustin has four tackles for loss in USCs last three games and sacked Browning twice, which he credits to more rigorous film study.I thought I was preparing as much as I needed to and then something wasnt going my way, so I knew I needed to step something up, Gustin said.If Gustin and his cohorts can maintain that pressure against UCLA, it could be a long night for Bruins quarterback Mike Fafaul. The former walk-on completed only 3 of 11 passes for 33 yards under duress in UCLAs 38-24 win over Oregon State.Getting after Fafaul would help keep up USCs end of the bargain to play for the Pac-12 title, and Hawkins insists he wont take a look at the outcomes involving Utah and Colorado until that happens.Ill find out afterwards because if you are worried about other people then you are not focused on what you have to do, Hawkins said. Our goal was to make the Pac-12 championship and thats still in sight right now, so we havent really moved past that. Were focused on UCLA. This is our last Pac-12 game. Hopefully we win and let everything else take care of itself. Air Max 95 Australia . Aaron Harrison scored a 22 points for Kentucky (6-1), which has won four in a row following a Nov. 12 loss to current No. 1 Michigan State. Julius Randle overcame a scoreless first half and added his sixth double-double in as many games with 14 points and 10 rebounds. Wholesale Air Max 95 Australia . Zvonareva, who won the tournament in 2009 and 10, couldnt handle her opponents big groundstrokes in only her third event back after 17 months out with a shoulder injury. Zvonareva made her comeback in January in Shenzhen and played in the Australian Open but lost her first matches at both tournaments. Cheap Air Max 95 Free Shipping . Tuesdays surgery at Atlantas Piedmont Hospital was performed by Dr. Xavier Duralde and Hawks team physician Dr. Michael Bernot. Cheap Air Max 95 For Sale . Canada is now down to its 22-player limit, although but players wont be registered until Christmas Day. Changes could still be made as a result of a suspension or injury. CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- This could be a tricky spot on the schedule for North Carolina. The Tar Heels dropped out of the Top 25 following a loss to one of their fiercest rivals, with the other one looming next week on a short week. In between is a seemingly harmless visit from a team from the Championship Subdivision.Except that the FCS team coming in for Saturdays game -- The Citadel -- is one of only two undefeated teams at that level, has already wrapped up the Southern Conference title and a year ago knocked off a Power 5 program. The Citadels not going to come in here and feel intimidated by any means, UNC coach Larry Fedora said. Theyll come in here expecting to win a football game.North Carolina (7-3) doesnt have any time to wallow after a 28-27 loss to Duke put its hopes for a second straight trip to the Atlantic Coast Conference championship game in serious jeopardy, though Virginia Techs loss to Georgia Tech two days later kept them alive. The Tar Heels need to beat North Carolina State next Friday and have Virginia upset the Hokies to earn a spot in the Orlando, Florida-based game. But thats next week. Right now the priority is avoiding a slip-up against a lower-level opponent that beat South Carolina last year and has already sewn up a spot in the FCS playoffs that begin next week.Weve got our work cut out for us, no doubt, first-year Citadel coach Brent Thompson said. Its always one of those things we look forward to, an FBS school on an FCS schedule.---Some other things to know about the Citadel-North Carolina game:RUNNING BULLDOGS: Its no secret how The Citadel is going to try to win --- by controlling the clock with its triple-option offense, which is similar to the one Georgia Tech uses.dddddddddddd North Carolina, which allows an ACC-worst 222 yards rushing per game, gave up 334 yards on the ground to the Yellow Jackets but won the game 48-20. You hope theres enough carryover with our guys that it will help because we only have a couple of days to get ready, Fedora said.UNDER THE HOOD: North Carolina RB Elijah Hoods streak of 100-yard games ended last week when Duke held him to 75 yards on 13 carries, though he led the team with 58 yards receiving. Fedora says there were too many very basic things that we didnt do throughout that game which kept us from being efficient and just didnt make the plays to put the ball in the end zone.NO PICKS: North Carolinas defense has one of the more bizarre streaks in college football: The Tar Heels are the only FBS team without an interception. They may not get one this week, either, because The Citadel throws fewer than 10 passes per game.KEEPING IT TIGHT: Both teams are used to playing close games. Seven of The Citadels 10 games have been decided by 10 or fewer points, while the Tar Heels have played four games decided by a total of 11 points. Their record is 3-1 in those games with the lone loss coming last week to Duke.---Follow Joedy McCreary at http://twitter.com/joedyap.
