Olympic hopeful Tom Daley has revealed he has dived headfirst into using a free app to guide him to Rio glory.The diving star is meditating using an app on his phone as he prepares for the Olympic Games, which start next week.Daley won bronze in the 10m platform at London 2012 and, in his quest to top that in Brazil, he has turned to an alternative method for help.Its called Headspace.
