The Australian reporter Greste and two others worked for Qatar- based Al-Jazeera English channel were arrested in December as part of a sweeping crackdown on Islamist supporters of ousted President Mohammed Morsi.


BEIJING, July 9 (Xinhuanet) -- Tesla Motors Inc, the United States-based electric car producer, is being sued in China for trademark infringement in the latest example of the difficulties foreign firms face while doing business in the country.


Zhan Baosheng, who registered rights to the name before Tesla entered China Uomo Nike Air Max TN Marina Scontate Italia , wants Tesla to shut its showrooms, service centers and supercharging facilities in China; stop all sales and marketing activities in the country; and pay him 23.9 million yuan ($3.9 million) in compensation, according to a lawsuit filed July 3 in Beijing.


Zhan is the one attempting to steal the US carmaker's property, Simon Sproule, a spokesman for Tesla, said in an e-mail. For Tesla, the experience puts it with Apple Inc and Burberry Group Plc among multinational companies that have clashed over branding rights in China.

Zhan paid a filing fee of 161,500 yuan for the lawsuit, according to a court receipt. An official at the Beijing Third Intermediate Court, on condition of anonymity, confirmed a lawsuit had been filed against Tesla by Zhan.

DUBLIN, Sept. 14 (Xinhua) -- Ireland's debt agency NTMA on Thursday raised 1 billion euros in a dual bond auction.


At Thursday's auction, the NTMA sold 550 million euros of nine-year bonds at a yield of 0.689 percent and 450 million euros of 20-year bonds at a yield of 1.648 percent.


The NTMA has now issued 10.5 billion euro benchmark bonds this year.

Thursday's sales were the country's sixth dual bond auction of this year. The NTMA returned to dual auctions in February this year for the first time since 2010.

RAMALLAH, Aug. 3 (Xinhua) -- Palestinian Presidency slammed Thursday the Israeli Prime Minister for laying corner stone for new settlement units in a West Bank settlement Nike Air Max 90 Ultra 2.0 Essential Nere Scontate Italia , Palestinian official news agency (WAFA) reported.


Nabil Abu Rudeinah, Palestinian President's spokesperson, condemned Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for laying foundational stones for over 1,000 units in Beitar Illit settlement located south of Bethlehem in the West Bank.


Abu Rudeinah said that the settlements are unlawful and East Jerusalem, West Bank and Gaza Strip are all Palestinian territories, in response to statements by Netanyahu in which he reportedly said that the West Bank and East Jerusalem are part of Israel.


"Settlement are basically illegal and the Israeli government has to immediately stop its destructive approach to the two-state solution Uomo Nike Air Max 90 Ultra Moire Bianche Scontate Italia ," he said.


He also condemned Israel's announcement of evicting a family in the East Jerusalem town of Sheikh Jarrah for the benefit of Israeli settlers.
