Georgia continued to work, getting within six at 18-12 after a setter dump from Meghan Donovan, but the deficit was too tough to overcome with the Gamecocks winning it 25-18.It was point-for-point in the third frame, as the teams were tied at nine apiece after a Caroline Ostman kill. South Carolina gave itself some breathing room at that point, but the Bulldogs were close on the heels, even within one at 15-14 after a Kendall Kazor point.
