This is for grown-ups

ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. -- Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly felt strong enough to huddle up and visit his former team Thursday, making a surprise appearance at the Buffalo Bills practice. Kelly made his way to the sideline as players warmed up for their final practice until training camp. Coach Doug Marrone gathered his team at midfield before introducing Kelly, who spoke to the team in a brief, two-minute address. Kelly thanked the team for its encouragement throughout his battle with jaw and sinus cancer and said he was touched by the outpouring of support from both the Bills and the Buffalo community. "One thing I noticed about Buffalo, New York, was how everybody comes together," Kelly said. "If somebodys struggling, theres always somebody there to pull them together whether its on the football field, whether its after a tough year or whether its when I was in the hospital, they always seem to rally." The former quarterback also said he was impressed with the amount of skill on Buffalos offence and urged the team to come together and end Buffalos 14-year post-season drought, the longest in the NFL. "From everybody Ive talked to, this is a very special team," Kelly said. "Lets get this thing back on the road, lets start playing games in January." Wearing jeans, a black jacket and a white baseball hat, Kelly then watched the start of practice in a chair by the 35-yard line. He chatted with Bills president Russ Brandon, long-time trainer Bud Carpenter and Hall of Fame teammate Thurman Thomas. Kellys appearance was unexpected, but certainly welcome in the eyes of Bills coaches and players. "It means a lot for him to come out and support us in the state that hes in," Bills centre Eric Wood said. "That was a special moment. You talk to Jim all the time. Hes been around over the years and Ive become pretty close to him. But for him to come out and address the team in the state hes in was pretty powerful." Kelly left one hour into the practice session after receiving hugs from Brandon and Thomas. "Obviously, it was very emotional," Brandon told The Associated Press. "Jim means everything to this team, this community, his fans all over the world. "To see him out here today was really a great way to cap off a really good minicamp and all the work these guys have put in and see one of the greatest players of all time coming out here and being a part of it. Its really special." Kelly has spent the past 10 days recovering at home after spending much of the spring receiving radiation and chemotherapy treatments for sinus cancer. "Were with him, were fighting through this just like hes been there with us trying to fight through what were going through," Marrone said. "We support him and it was great for him to get out there and be among the team." Jonathan Marchessault Jersey . PETERSBURG, Fla. She went straight for an ice cream. The sixth-grader from the Bay Area held her own at Pinehurst No. 2 except for three bad holes. Li wound up with an 8-over 78. That put her 11 shots behind the early leader, two-time major champion Stacy Lewis, and a long shot to become the youngest ever to make the cut in the Womens Open. Li already is the youngest qualifier in championship history. She dressed for PINEHURST, N.C. -- Lucy Li showed her age only when she finished her historic round Thursday at the U.S. Womens Open. Just like any 11-year-old, she went straight for an ice cream. The youngest qualifier ever at the Womens Open played a grown-up game at Pinehurst No. 2, except for three holes that made her 8-over 78 look a lot worse than it was and stretched the odds of her becoming the youngest player to make the cut. "She looks 11. She doesnt talk 11. And she doesnt hit the ball like shes 11," said Catherine ODonnell, who played with her in a sunbaked opening round on a course that only four days ago hosted the mens U.S. Open. The sixth-grader from the Bay Area was the star attraction, right down to her Stars & Stripes outfit to celebrate the occasion. She wore a mid-drift shirt patterned after the American flag, with a similar motif for a skirt, complete with silver stars that matched the colour of her braces. Li wound up 11 shots behind Stacy Lewis, the No. 1 player in the world who opened with a 67. But one moment was telling. The kid made a 7-foot birdie putt on the par-5 fifth hole and headed to the next tee, her braided pigtails swinging with each step. The media and a large gallery followed her right past the adjacent green, where hardly anyone noticed Lewis making her way around Pinehurst with no bogeys. Only this was more than just a sideshow. Li missed only one fairway -- by less than a yard. Even though she hit fairway metals into half of the holes, she rarely got out of position. Now if she could only take back three shots that led to big numbers. "It was a lot of fun. I kind of struggled today, but it was great," Li said, pausing to lick her ice cream between answers. "I mean, its 8 over. Its not bad. But I was 7 over in three holes, so thats 1 over in 15 holes. So yeah, I just need to get rid of the big numbers." Li had the same score as ODonnell, Natalie Gulbis and Jessica Korda, a two-time winner on the LPGA Tour this year. There already were 11 rounds in the 80s. Perhaps most remarkable about her round, besides the 13 pars and two birdies, was how she bounced back from mistakes. "Thats what I was so happy about in my round," she said. "Because after I got doubles and triples, I was able to get it back. Like I made a good stretch of holes after the double on the first hole. And after the triple, I birdied No. 5..ddddddddddddAnd I got a lot of pars after that." Li left a tough angle for her third shot on the par-5 10th hole and came up short and into a bunker. The sand shot looked reasonable until it kept rolling off the back of the green. She chipped with her wedge (a pink shaft) to about 8 feet and missed the putt to take double bogey. Another double bogey came on the 450-yard 16th hole when her fairway metal went into a bunker some 20 yards short of an elevated green, leaving a shot so hard even the best men would have a tough time. Her bunker shot was not strong enough, and she wound up missing a 7-foot bogey putt. Asked to have one swing back, it would be the wedge on the short third hole. She went left of the flag, and it trickled off the turtleback green -- the signature of this Donald Ross course -- and into a bunker. She blasted out over the green, chipped on to 18 feet and three-putted for triple bogey. But she made a pair of smooth birdies -- a 6-iron to 15 feet on No. 1, and a wedge to a right pin position on the fifth hole -- along with some tough par saves. The best came at the 426-yard eighth hole, when her 5-wood from 198 yards went long and over a steep slope right of the green. She lofted a pitch perfectly, and it rolled 6 feet by the cup. This is the same hole where John Daly putted off the green so many times in 1999 that he whacked the ball with his putter when it was still moving and rang up an 11. "Give her that shot again and she cant do that another 50 times, probably," ODonnell said. Along the way in a 5 1/2-hour round, Li often plopped to the ground in the shade and sat until it was time to hit, one time munching from a cup of fruit. "I normally sit down even more than that," she said, giggling as always. Kaymer last week used putter exclusively when he was just off the green. Li chose to chip because thats what made her more comfortable. She won the driving and chipping portion of the Drive, Chip & Putt Championship two months ago at Augusta National. That was for kids. This is for grown-ups. She fit in just fine. "Shes so much more mature than I could possibly imagine," said Jessica Wallace, the other player in their group. "Shes a lot better than people thought. Shes very capable on this golf course. She played like she belongs out here. And it was a real pleasure." The youngest player to make the cut was 13-year-old Marlene Bauer, who tied for 14th in 1947. That was the second U.S. Womens Open, and Baeur -- whose married name was Hagge -- became one of the founders of the LPGA Tour. It was a long day for Lucy Li, and part of her was glad it was over. She also was looking forward to another chance Friday. And what will she do in the meantime? "Eat some more ice cream," she said. the occasion -- an American theme, with silver stars among her red, white and blue outfit. She made two birdies and a couple of grown-up par saves. EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. - The weather forecast for the first Super Bowl in an outdoor stadium in a cold-weather city is nothing out of the ordinary. National Weather Service meteorologist Anthony Gigi said Monday the forecast for Sundays NFL title game at MetLife Stadium calls for temperatures to reach a high of 39 with a low of 27, which is average for the area. There is little threat of precipitation. Gigi, who is based in Mount Holly, said a system is expected to pass through the region on Saturday night with the potential for a mixture of snow and rain. Since the Jets and Giants were awarded the Super Bowl in May 2010, there have been fears that a huge snowstorm would affect the game. The league and state officials have contingency plans for that scenario, including moving the game to Friday, Saturday or Monday, or changing the scheduled 6:25 p.m. starting time on Sunday. ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Randy Carlyle acknowledged the standing ovation with a brief wave of his hand, thanking the Anaheim fans in his usual understated manner for their appreciation of his tenure behind the Ducks bench. Carlyle was even more grateful to leave Honda Center with yet another win for his surging Toronto Maple Leafs. Phil Kessel and Tyler Bozak each had a goal and two assists, and the Maple Leafs celebrated Carlyles return with a 3-1 victory over the Ducks on Monday night. "Its always satisfaction when you beat your former hockey club," Carlyle said. "Im not going to hide that fact. I feel good about it." Paul Ranger scored and Jonathan Bernier made 43 saves as Toronto opened a five-game trip with its third consecutive victory, leapfrogging Montreal into second place in the Atlantic Division. Carlyle was back in Anaheim for the first time since the Ducks fired the only coach to lead the franchise to a Stanley Cup title. He was greeted warmly in the first period during a video tribute on the scoreboard. "It was kind of touching," Carlyle said. "I didnt really know what to expect. Im very appreciative and thankful for the people that supported me in my time here, and my family. Its a very special place, and as Ive said, were moving back into the area at some point in our life." His Leafs then forced the Ducks to play almost as poorly as they were playing when he got fired. Bernier didnt have to make many tough saves despite his gaudy stats for the Leafs, who are ramping up for their second trip to the post-season under Carlyle, earning points in 10 of their past 12 games. "I think he was pretty excited," Bozak said of his coach. "He might have been a little more nervous for this one, but were glad we could get it for him." Carlyle won a club-record 273 games and made the playoffs five times in his six full seasons with the Ducks, but was fired in November 2011 with Anaheim off to a miserable start. The Ducks have done exceptionally well since the change to Bruce Boudreau, who won 100 games faster than any coach in franchise history and led Anaheim to last seasons Pacific Division title. Corey Perry scored his 35th goal and Frederik Andersen stopped 20 shots in the Ducks third straight loss to playoff-bound Eastern Conference teams. "Were in a funk," Boudreau said. "And weve just got to get out of it before too long, and do what we do. Weve just got to get back on our horse." Before this loss to end a five-game homestand, Anaheim fell one point behind streaking St. Louis in the overall NHL standings with consecutive shootout losses to Montreal and Pittsburgh. The Ducks hadnt lost in regulation since before the Olympic break, but they couldnt generate many serious scoring chances against Bernier and the Leafs shot-blocking defence. "We should have had more guys in front to make screens, tips, and get in the dirty areas," Ducks defenceman Francois Beauchemin said. "Right now were struggling to score goals because were not going to the front of the net and winning those battles and getting those tough goals." Toronto took the lead during 4-on-3 play late in the first period when Bozak redirected a pass from captain Dion Phaneuf. Kessel then roared past two Ducks defencemen and got a fortunate bounce off Andersens stick for his 34th goal. Kessel, the NHLs second-leading scorer after breaking his tie with Ducks captain Ryan Getzlaf, also snapped his first three-game goal drought since early January. Early in the second period, an atrocious Ducks breakdown led to Rangers goals. The Ducks broke through at the end of a dominant shift by their top line late in the second, with Perry banging home a puck on the doorstep for his fifth goal in five games since the break. Anaheim went scoreless on four power plays, dropping into an 0-for-19 slump since the break. NOTES: Carlyle isnt the only former Anaheim resident who returned with the Leafs: Joffrey Lupul, Peter Holland and Troy Bodie all played for the Ducks, while defenceman Jake Gardiner was a top Anaheim prospect before the club traded him along with Lupul for Beauchemin in February 2011. ... Anaheim C Mathieu Perreault missed his fourth straight game with an upper-body injury. Boudreau expects him to return Wednesday in Calgary. ... The Ducks are 4-6-2 at home since their 20-0-2 start to the season. Benson Mayowa Jersey . Torres tells Spanish daily AS "in football you never know where you will be inside one month. Im going to work hard, thats all you can do with this last part of the season so important. There were rumours throughout the NHL season that the Minnesota Wild would be a free agent destination for a particular top goal-scoring winger and, when free agency opened, they got their man. Numbers Game looks at the Wild signing Thomas Vanek. The Wild Get: LW Thomas Vanek. Vanek, 30, has been one of the most prolific goal-scorers in the game. Since 2006-2007, his 252 goals ranks fourth, behind Alex Ovechkin, Jarome Iginla and Ilya Kovalchuk. Vanek is a four-time 30-goal scorer who has scored at least 20 goals in each of the last nine seasons. Only Ovechkin and Rick Nash have managed that same feat. So, with that goal-scoring resume, Vanek should have been incredibly appealing as a free agent, but there was the small matter of his slump in the playoffs that left a sour taste for some. Vanek had eight points in 10 games, through Game Six of the Boston series, but fell flat after that, managing two assists and a total of eight shots on goal in the next seven games. He played under 15 minutes in each of his last eight playoff games. For a season in which he played a career-high 19:21 per game, with the Sabres, Islanders and Canadiens, that role reduction made it clear that Vanek would be moving on from Montreal. This following a season during which he scored 15 points in 18 games with the Habs, giving him 68 points in 78 games while moving around the Eastern Conference. Which brings us to Minnesota, which had been linked to Vanek pretty much from the get-go of his contract year. Vanek played college hockey at the University of Minnesota. His wife is from Minnesota. The Wild would have Dany Heatleys $7.5-million cap hit coming off the books. Former Sabres teammate Jason Pominville was playing well for Minnesota. It was all lining up for Vanek with the Wild. Ultimately, nothing really changed that. Maybe a great playoff would have given Vanekk more leverage on the open market, but he didnt sign a break-the-bank deal, inking for $19.dddddddddddd5-million over three years. The $6.5-million annual cap hit is actually less than Vaneks previous contract, but when a player has a preferred destination, and particularly when he has earned a boatload of money in his career already (more than $57-million in his career, according to Cap Geek), there is an opportunity for a team to get him for less than the top price on the market. That Vanek was willing to accept a three-year term is a clear indication that Minnesota was his preferred location. When it comes to his game, Vanek doesnt use his size (6-foot-2, 205 pounds) very effectively, aside from when hes in front of the net, where he positions well for tip-ins, deflections, screens, etc. Throughout his career, Vanek hasnt been much of a puck possession player, varying up and down a little bit in relative terms from year to year, but Vanek has always been a high-percentage finisher in his own right and consistently had high on-ice shooting percentages (which includes others on the ice with him in 5-oin-5 play), so hes going to bring offence to Minnesota. Depending on how the Wild want their lines to shake out, Vanek should have either Mikael Granlund or Mikko Koivu -- two pass-first playmaking centres -- setting the table for him and if Vanek is getting opportunties -- he had a career-high 3.18 shots on goal per game last season -- take 25 goals to the bank, with 30 or 35 possible at the top end. This is a nice upgrade for the Wild, who made some noise in the playoffs and have added a premier goal-scorer to their mix and have done so without spending too much in order to get him. Former Pittsburgh Penguins head coach Dan Bylsma is among six front-runners the Florida Panthers will be sitting down with this week to discuss the vacant head coaching job, according to the South Florida Sun Sentinel. The Panthers braintrust is in New York City to interview Bylsma for the first time this week, while the other five candidates have all met or spoke to general manager Dale Tallon about the position. According to the paper, this weeks interviews will also include team co-owners Vinnie Viola and Doug Cifu, as well as CEO and President Rory Babich. As mentioned by TSN Hockey Insider Darren Dreger last week, the other leading candidates are believed to include Ron Wilson, Canadiens assistant Gerard Gallant and Red Wings assistants Tom Renney and Bill Peters. The Panthers fired interim coach Peter Horachek in April after Florida went 26-36-4 under him this past season. Horachek had no previous NHL coaching experience before replacing Kevin Dineen on Nov. 8. The Sun Sentinel also reported on Tuesday the Panthers were leaning toward selecting OHL Barrie Colts defenceman Aaron Ekblad with the first overall selection in the NHL Draft on June 27 because hes considered the most NHL-ready of the prospects. "Ekblad is this years player most likely ready to step in and play in the NHL, Scott Luce, the Panthers director of scouting, told the Sun Sentinel last week. "Hes physically mature and has lots of mileage underneath him at the OHL level. The Panthers finished 29th in the standings and had an 18.8 per cent chance of winning the lottery, behind only Buffalo (21-51-10), which had a 25 per cent shot. The Vikings asked to interview Cincinnati offensive co-ordinator Jay Gruden, the younger brother of former NFL head coach and current ESPN game analyst Jon Gruden. But Jay Gruden told reporters in Cincinnati on Monday that Tennessee and Washington have also requested permission. A person with knowledge of the process, speaking on condition of anonymity because the teams have not made information about the search public, told the Associated Press that Detroit has inquired, too. The Vikings fired Leslie Frazier last week and will be making their third head coach hire in eight years, the first by general manager Rick Spielman. Though Houston and Tampa Bay have already filled their jobs, the Vikings still have four other teams interested in many of the same candidates. Spielman was in Arizona on Monday to meet with Cardinals defensive co-ordinator Todd Bowles, according John Wooten, chairman of the Fritz Pollard Alliance. Bowles previously interviewed with Cleveland. Wooten also said Browns defensive co-ordinator Ray Horton was scheduled to meet with Spielman in Arizona on Tuesday. The Vikings and Redskins asked for interviews with San Francisco offensive co-ordinator Greg Roman, the NFL Network reported; 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed interest in Roman but declined to specify which teams. The Vikings were one of four teams, along with the Lions, Titans and Redskins, who requested interviews with San Diego offensive co-ordinator Ken Whisenhunt, according to a report by CBS Sports. The Vikings interviewed Seattle offensive co-ordinator Darrell Bevell and defensive co-ordinator Dan Quinn over the weekend, ESPN reported. Cincinnati defensive co-ordinator Mike Zimmer is also expected to be on Spielmans list, now that the Bengals are eliminated.dddddddddddd NFL rules allow assistant coaches on playoff teams that won wild-card games to be interviewed this week before being put off-limits again until those teams are finished. That includes the 49ers and Chargers, with Roman and Whisenhunt. Bowles and Horton are black. NFL teams are required to interview at least one minority candidate, known as "The Rooney Rule," a product of the push for diversity by Pittsburgh owner Dan Rooney. The Fritz Pollard Alliance, based in Washington, is designed to promote candidate development for coaching, front office and scouting jobs in the NFL. The FPAs strategic efforts include advocacy for and marketing of the hiring and promotion of minorities among NFL teams. Bevell, of course, was here before as the offensive co-ordinator under Brad Childress from 2006-10. Frazier decided not to keep him when he was given the job, hiring Bill Musgrave instead, but Bevell has shined in Seattle working with young quarterback Russell Wilson. Gruden has a productive record working with the Bengals, though theyve gone one and done in the playoffs in each of his three seasons there. Gruden said hed "assume" hell do all of the interviews requested of him. He said he wasnt sure about the Lions, however. "Every interview process I went on last year was different, and they all are a bit intimidating," Gruden said. "But you just have to have confident in who you are. ST. JOSEPH, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs received good news on the injury to All-Pro safety Eric Berry. Berry, who left Thursdays training camp practice with what the team said was a sore ankle, has a right heel injury according to team spokesman Ted Crews. Berry did not practice Friday, but was observed walking without a noticeable limp. "Theres just letting him have a few days just to let that relax," Crews said. The news, however, isnt as good surrounding second-year defensive back Sanders Commings. "He had very similar to a high ankle sprain, but to the extreme where he needed surgery to repair that high ankle sprain," Chiefs head athletic training Rick Burkholder said. "As his foot externally rotated on the play, he fractured his fibula." Burkholder said Commings had surgery Thursday and is home recovering. Burkholder didnt offer a timetable for Commings return. "Hes got some rehab ahead of him," Burkholder said. The injuries continued to hit Friday, as wide receiver Kyle Williams and rookie running back Charcandrick West left practice early with hamstring injuries. First-round pick outside linebacker Dee Ford went down in the backfield after rushing the quarterback during 11-on-11 drills, causing team trainers to sprint to Fords location. Ford eventually got to his feet and stayed on the practice field. "Dee Ford is fine," Crews said. The Chiefs excused tight end Demetrius Harris from practice. Womens Saints Jerseys . On second thought, theres not much to say. "Not a whole lot, probably," Watson said Monday. "Again, its performance. I could ask Tiger, How are you feeling? How are you feeling like youre hitting the ball? Are you hitting it well? And that doesnt mean anything, really. The performance means something. Ill be watching Tiger and I want him on the team -- I do. Hes a tough competitor and hes great in the team room. Wouldnt you want him on your team?" Woods has three tournaments to give Watson an indication of his game. The 14-time major champion was out for three months because of back surgery, and he wasnt playing well in the months leading to the March 31 operation as his back pain became more evident. Woods is No. 72 in the Ryder Cup standings with only five weeks remaining to earn one of nine spots. He is a long shot to make the team, though a victory at Royal Liverpool -- or the PGA Championship -- would do the trick. Watson repeated the two factors that matter to him -- the game and the health of Woods. And he was careful not to speculate what would happen if Woods failed to get into the FedEx Cup playoffs for the top 125. Woods is at No. 212 with three tournaments remaining. "If hes playing well and hes healthy, Ill pick him," Watson said. "But then the caveat is if he doesnt get into the FedEx Cup. What to do then? And thats the question I cant answer right now." Woods has the Bridgestone Invitaational at Firestone ($9 million purse) and the PGA Championship ($10 million purse, with points doubled) before the Ryder Cup qualifying period ends.dddddddddddd Watson will make his three picks after the second FedEx Cup event. "I cant speculate how hes going to be playing through the PGA," Watson said. "I hope that hes playing well enough where he gets in the FedEx Cup and plays a few tournaments in the FedEx Cup. Thats my sincere hope, that he plays well. And I suspect hell be there." Woods won at Royal Liverpool in 2006. He returns to a course that is green and lush, a sharp difference from last time when it was brown and fast. He played 12 holes Saturday and 18 holes Sunday, and was not at the course for much of Monday. He has said his intention is to win this week, having returned three weeks ago at Congressional with plenty of rust in his short game. Woods missed the cut. Watson likes the way Woods is thinking, and hopes every player in the field has the same intention. "Just put it this way: I wouldnt write off Tiger Woods for a long time the way he plays the game," Watson said. "Hes a tough competitor. He knows how to swing the golf club. And yes, hes had some injuries and other things -- issues. But the thing is, hes had a long career. And I fully expect it to be a longer career." Woods has made every Ryder Cup team since he turned pro except for 2010, when he was returning from a scandal in his private life that led to divorce. Corey Pavin picked up for the team at Wales. Woods won three of his four matches for his best individual record in any Ryder Cup. TSN.cas NHL Play of the Year showdown continues today with two titans of the Battle of Pennsylvania. The 13th match-up of the Round of 32 sees Claude Giroux go no-look, while Evgeni Malkin does the hard work to set up a gift for a teammate. Its not just that Giroux goes no-look, its that its one of the greatest blind shots youre likely to see. Picking a wild point shot rebound off the end boards, Giroux picks up the disc and gets sent to the ice by David Savard. While falling, though, he unleashes one heck of a shot. Falling, he lifts a backhander behind his back towards the net... and roofs it. Its not even like Curtis McElhinney doesnt expect the shot, Giroux just beats him high glove without even looking. Malkin counters one great shot with a 200-foot effort. Winding up from behind his own net, Malkin breaks out and proceeds to start dancing through the entire Montreal Canadiens team. There is actually only one skater on the ice that Malkin doesnt skate through or around and hes just a spectator. By the time Raphael Diaz and Francis Bouillon finally haul him down, hes shoveled a pass cross-crease to James Neal, who jukes once and slides the puck past Carey Price. Sergio Garcia is back in the conversation. The 34-year-old Spaniard is No. 3 in the world, his highest ranking in five years. He arrived at Valhalla for the PGA Championship coming off a pair of runner-up finishes. He briefly challenged Rory McIlroy at the British Open and then lost a three-shot lead to McIlroy at Firestone. Fifteen years after his first close call at a major, Garcia looks as poised as ever. "Its been a good year," Garcia said. "Obviously, a lot of high finishes, some really good chances of winning tournaments. Unfortunately, its only happened once this year in Qatar, but Im excited about it. "Its another big week here in Valhalla. Were going to try to do more of the same and keep playing well and see if we can be there again on Sunday and have another good chance." Just his luck, there always seems to be one guy doing a little bit better. For years, that was Tiger Woods. Garcia was 19 when he nearly chased Woods down in the 1999 PGA Championship at Medinah. He played with him in the final group of the 2002 U.S. Open at Bethpage Black and in the final group of the 2006 British Open at Royal Liverpool. Woods hasnt won a major in six years. And now Garcia has to contend with McIlroy. "I wouldnt say bad timing," said Garcia, with a smile. "I think playing well, its always great. And if somebody else is playing better than you, theres nothing you can do. ...The only thing I can do is try to play the best I can. If I manage to do that, I know that Ive shown that I can play really, really well. But if somebody else plays better, the only thhing I can do is congratulate him and move on.dddddddddddd" Thats what he did at Hoylake two weeks ago. He played in the group ahead of McIlroy at The Open, and ran up to hug him in the scoring trailer when McIlroy completed his two-shot victory. It wasnt always that way. Garcia struggled to lose as graciously as he won, such as the British Open at Carnoustie in 2007 when he lost in playoff to Padraig Harrington and blamed it on bad breaks, suggesting he was playing against "more than the field." He looks as happy as ever, in part because of the group around him and girlfriend Katharina Boehm, a German who played college golf in the United States. So which comes first? Does happiness lead to good golf or does good golf make him happy? "A bit of both," Garcia said. "Obviously, I feel like things around me are right where I want them to be, and that obviously puts me in a nicer situation when I go on to the golf course. And then ... dont get me wrong -- its not just good playing because of happiness. Its work and confidence and all those things. "Ive had some really nice things happen to me on the golf course and things that keep your round going. All those things kind of put together make up for the happiness and the good play." Garcia looked so much at ease that happiness might no longer depend on whether he can call himself a major champion. He believes he felt a greater sense of urgency to win a major when he was in his early 20s and contending for them more regularly. Now, not so much. "Like Ive always said, if I get to 45 and I havent won one, then Ill probably start worrying a little more," he said. "But I dont know. Hopefully, that wont happen." ST. LOUIS -- When it comes to being a hitter, St. Louis rookie Michael Wacha would rather talk about his pitching. Wacha threw seven innings and drove in two runs with a single, helping the Cardinals to a 5-3 victory Thursday over the Chicago Cubs. The 6-foot-6 Wacha (3-3) had lost his last three decisions since an April 13 win over the Cubs. The 22-year-old right-hander allowed seven hits, including a homer, but did not walk a batter. He struck out five. "I was able to pound the strike zone down in the zone and it was pretty effective," Wacha said. "I kept them off-balance, which means its a pretty good day. Its definitely nice to go deep into a ballgame and get a win. It definitely gets your confidence going in the next start thats for sure." Trevor Rosenthal pitched 1 2-3 innings for his 11th save. Rosenthal, who blew a save Tuesday, inherited a one-out, bases-loaded situation and gave up a sacrifice fly, but closed out the inning and retired the side in the ninth. The Cubs have lost nine of their last 11 and are off to the worst start in 39 games (13-26) since 2002. Jason Hammel (4-2) gave up five runs on five hits and two walks in 5 1-3 innings, raising his ERA to 3.06. Hammel had six strikeouts. St. Louis scored four runs in the second inning on Wachas two-run single in between a run-scoring groundout by Yadier Molina and Matt Carpenters RBI double. It was Wachas first hit and RBIs of the season. "Its nice to finally have a batting average," Wacha said. St. Louis manager Mike Matheny noted it was a timely hit. "Mike was good and obviously getting that hit there to drive in a couple runs it was kind of a huge boost to us at that point," Matheny said. With two outs, Hammel might have escaped with little damage but he had to throw a strike on a 3-2 count to Wacha and the bases loaded. "I got behind Wacha with two wild ones," Hammel said. "I came in with a fastball and he hit it." Chicago got two runs back in the fourth on a home run just inside the left-field foul pole by Starlin Castro. He drove in No. 3 hitter Anthony Rizzo, who beat the St. Louis shift to the right side with his second bunt to the left side in two at-bats. Rizzo has three career bunt singles with the Cubs with one coming in his previous 285 games. "If theyre going to give me that, I might as well take it," Rizzo said. "We were able to cash in once. I almost make them pay twice for it. Wacha is a great pitcher but you get him on the stretch and try to get him off his game a little bit. "You know if teams are going to give me that, for the most part, Im going to take it every time." When Rizzo came to bat in the fifth and seventh, St. Louis did not shift. "Rizzo took advantage of the shift until they changed their defence on him," Chicago manager Rick Renteria said. "That led to our first two runs when Starlin drove the ball out of the ballpark. Hes really looking at the game from a lot of different angles. Think about it, youre down four runs and a solo home run is not going to do a whole lot for you." The Cardinals made it 5-2 when Molina lined a 3-2 pitch just inside the line in left for a one-out RBI single. Junior Lake hit a sacrifice fly for a run in the eighth, but Rosenthal got out the jam. St. Louis lost a challenge in the third when Matt Holliday was called out on a close play at first after hitting a grounder to shortstop. The time of the review was 2 minutes, 54 seconds. NOTES: Missouris new basketball coach Kim Anderson threw out the first pitch. "It was an honour to throw the first ball out," he said. "I was nervous out there, but its something I will never forget." ... The Cardinals announced the time for making up Wednesdays game with the Cubs that was rained out. It will be played at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 30 as part of a split doubleheader. The second game will start at 7:15 p.m. instead of 6:15 p.m. ... The Cardinals recalled 2B Kolten Wong on Wednesday from Triple-A Memphis and optioned infielder Greg Garcia back to the club. Wong was optioned April 27 after hitting .225 in 20 games. He hit .344 in 10 games at Memphis. He was not in the starting lineup as he was still battling the effects of a stomach virus. Tom Glavine Jersey . Goins is the early favourite to win the starting job at second base. Pillar is an outsider to secure a role off the bench, which becomes an even more difficult spot to win if the number of back up jobs is reduced by one. Hes had three top-10 results this season and feels ready to put it all together and finally hoist a trophy at the top level. http://www.baseballbravesproshop.com/tyl...-braves-jersey/. -- Darrelle Revis says at least 26 teams called after he was released by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Deion Sanders Jersey . "Im excited just for a new start, just to see where things are going, to bring some kind of tradition back to the team and guys being excited about something new," the defensive back said during a conference call Monday after agreeing to stay with the Bombers rather than go to free agency next month. Brandon McCarthy Jersey . Ryan Callahan trade talks caught a lot of people off guard. Details are now emerging about why the Rangers would consider such a move. Darren Dreger: He wants a lot of money. Its been widely reported that Callahan is looking for a seven-year term around $6 million per year. That is not accurate. Im told that it is more than $6.LAKE FOREST, Ill. - The way this season is slipping away, coach Marc Trestman can understand the frustration around Chicago. The losses are piling up. The playoff hopes are all but gone. And the Bears somehow hit a new low when that seemed impossible. We know our fans are disappointed, Trestman said Monday, a day after the Bears got pounded 55-14 at Green Bay. They have a right to be. This has been a very disturbing stretch of three weeks. Theres no doubt about it. But were focused in and the only way we can work our way out of this is to go get ready for Minnesota.Calls for sweeping, top-to-bottom changes are ripping through Chicago like a winter wind gust, and no one from the McCaskey family owners on down is being spared. There are big questions about Trestman and general manager Phil Emery with Chicago poised to miss the playoffs for the seventh time in eight years. There is even more heat on defensive co-ordinator Mel Tucker, whose unit gave up more than 50 points for the second straight game. But just as he did two weeks ago, Trestman said hes not making any changes to his staff at this time. He continued to back Tucker and insisted hes not concerned that quarterback Jay Cutler may be losing the support of his teammates. The bigger issue is whether the Bears (3-6) are losing the support of their fan base after losing for the fifth time in six games. The debacle at Green Bay was just as ugly as the 51-23 loss at New England two weeks earlier. As Ive said before this, I think this team and this locker room is in a good place at this time, Trestman said. And were in a position where we have to work our way out of this. And I think the team is focused on doing this.He reiterated Monday that the Bears are preparing well. Its just that their performance in practice is not translating to the games, and he cant pinpoint why.Tucker has been a popular target with the defence struggling in his two seasons. He was essentially given a do-over after injuries gutted the defence a year ago. But the performance has not improved despite a major overhaul in the off-season.The Bears have been outscored a combined 106-37 overall the past two games and 94-7 in the first half of their past three. They have allowed 50 or more points in three of their past 11 games, something they had only done six times before. To me, (Tucker is) doing everything hhe can under the circumstances to coach, to teach and to lead that side of the ball, and hes got a very good staff with him, Trestman said.ddddddddddddFive-time Pro Bowl defensive end Jared Allen has just 1 1/2 sacks after signing a four-year deal that guaranteed $15.5 million. Defensive end Lamarr Houston, a key off-season addition, suffered a season-ending injury to his right knee celebrating a sack in the closing minutes at New England, one of the more embarrassing moments for the Bears this season. You know, we have good players, Allen said. We just arent obviously a good team. When you get beat down like this, you cant really say much else, I guess. Its not just the defence, though. An offence that ranked among the best last season is regressing in a big way in Trestmans second year. Cutler continues to make the same mistakes that have defined his career, and he cant seem to do anything right against Green Bay. Including the playoffs, Cutler is 1-11 against the Packers after another forgettable performance that included two interceptions.Even Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker took a shot at him, tweeting Monday: After this past week, I still have more wins in WI than Jay Cutler.Trestman said he did not consider lifting Cutler at halftime when the Bears trailed 42-0 and the quarterback had two turnovers. He also said hes not concerned that teammates support for their quarterback might be waning. And when asked if he thought about benching Cutler against Minnesota this weekend, Trestman indicated thats not an option.I think the biggest thing is that Jay has got to play better, Trestman said. He didnt play well enough (Sunday), and we didnt play well enough and Im certain that hed take accountability for that. But its very clear he did not play well enough yesterday. We cant sugarcoat that. At the same time we didnt play collectively well enough as a team.NOTE: Trestman said hes very optimistic about Brandon Marshalls availability after the receiver exited in the fourth quarter with a left ankle injury. Marshall was slowed by a right ankle injury earlier this season. ... The Bears waived CB Teddy Williams and elevated G Ryan Groy from the practice squad. Williams appeared in five games for Chicago this season, recording two special teams tackles.___Online:AP NFL websites: www.pro32.ap.org and www.twitter.com/AP_NFL Cheap Chargers Jerseys Cheap Rams Jersey Cheap Dolphins Jerseys Cheap Vikings Jerseys Cheap Patriots Jersey Cheap Saints Jerseys Cheap New York Giants Jerseys Cheap Jets Jerseys Cheap Raiders Jerseys Cheap Eagles Jerseys Cheap Steelers Jerseys Cheap 49ers Jerseys Cheap Seahawks Jerseys Cheap Buccaneers Jerseys Cheap Titans Jerseys Cheap Redskins Jerseys ' ' '

The NFL expects the most expensive tickets for its championship game will be about $2,600 each for 9,000 premium seats for the Feb. 2 game at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. Thats more than twice the $1,250 cost for similar tickets at last seasons Super Bowl in New Orleans. "We are looking to close the gap between the face value of the ticket and its true value as reflected on the secondary market," NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said Tuesday. "The uniqueness of the Super Bowl in the New York/New Jersey is also driving unprecedented demand and buzz." The next tier of seats is expected to go for $1,500 compared to $950 in New Orleans. About 40 per cent of general admission seats will be under $11,000, McCarthy said.dddddddddddd The capacity of MetLife Stadium is 82,000, but it will be trimmed by about 5,000 seats to make room for media, cameras and security. The priciest seats will have access to indoor restaurants, where fans can warm up during the outdoor game. The lowest-priced ticket fell from $650 last year to $500. Some 30,000 fans entered a lottery that closed in June, and 1,000 winners -- double from 500 -- will be notified this fall. In an attempt to ensure those fans dont resell tickets above face value, the NFL for the first time will require ticket holders to go to a gate to pick up those tickets as they enter the stadium. They wont be allowed to return to the parking lot, McCarthy said. The Wall Street Journal first reported the increase in ticket prices. LOS ANGELES -- The Cleveland Indians turned an unorthodox triple play that required two replay reviews, and David Murphy broke out of a 1-for-44 slump with three hits in a 10-3 victory over the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday night. Lonnie Chisenhall started things off for Cleveland with a two-run homer against Josh Beckett (5-5). Murphy, Nick Swisher and Yan Gomes also drove in two runs apiece for the Indians, who won a nine-inning game with double-digit runs for the fifth time this season after getting held to one hit in back-to-back shutout losses to the Mariners and Dodgers. This was the Dodgers seventh attempt at their first four-game winning streak of the season. They havent won more than three in a row since a six-game stretch from Aug. 25 to Sept. 3 last season. As a result, they got knocked back into second place in the NL West one night after overtaking San Francisco. Rookie left-hander Kyle Crockett (2-0) got the win with an inning of one-hit relief, after Justin Masterson failed to get through the fourth with a 5-2 lead. All three of Crocketts outs came on the triple play. Masterson was charged with three runs, seven hits and three walks in three-plus innings. He struck out seven. The right-hander escaped a bases-loaded jam in each of the first two innings, after his 18th start of the season was delayed two days because of a sore knee. Beckett gave up a season-worst five runs and six hits in five innings, striking out five. The right-hander, who pitched a no-hitter at Philadelphia on May 25, is 2-4 in seven starts since then despite a 2.51 ERA during that stretch. The Dodgers opened the fourth with Becketts second double of the game, followed by a bunt hit by Dee Gordon and an RBI single by Yasiel Puig that chased Masterson. Crockett, the second of seven pitchers used by manager Terry Francona, came on and Adrian Gonzalez lifted a fly to left fielder Michael Brantley, who threw out Gordon at the plate. Gomes then noticed Puig breaking for second and fired to Jason Kipnis for the tag on Puig as he went in headfirst. Francona challenged the original safe call by second base umpire Paul Nauert and got the ruling overturned, giving the Indians three outs on one play after a replay delay that lasted 1 minute, 29 seconds. Dodgers manager Don Mattingly then came out to challenge the call at the plate by Adrian Johnson, and that call stood after another wait of 1 minute, 34 seconds. Masterson threw 37 pitches in the first inning and came out of it with a 3-2 lead after giving up a double to Puig and an opposite-field homer to left-centre by Gonzalez -- his 14th this season and second in 37 games. Masterson needed another 25 pitches to get through a bases-loaded jam in the second unscathed. The Dodgers had the bags full again in the fifth with none out before Vinnie Pestano struck out Drew Butera and pinch-hitter Hanley Ramirez. Clint Robinson, whose first major league hit and RBI provided the only run in Dan Harens 1-0 win Monday, batted for Beckett and struck out against Marc Rzepczynski. The Indians broke out the bats against Beckett and got hits from three of their first four batters to grab a 3-0 lead. Asdrubal Cabrera singled with one out, advanced on the right-handers errant pickoff throw and scored on a double by Brantley before Chisenhall hit his ninth homer. The Indians increased their lead to 5-2 in the third on a two-run double by Swisher. RBI doubles by Gomes and Murphy against Jamey Wright made it 7-3, and Cleveland tacked on three more in the eighth against Paul Maholm. NOTES: The Indians had never been held to one hit in consecutive games in their 113-year history until Monday. They are the first team to do so since Boston in 1916. ... Butera has caught 10 of Becketts last 11 starts, including the no-hitter. ... The Dodgers are batting .145 in bases-loaded situations (8 for 55). ... Dodgers starting pitchers have issued fewer than three walks in 35 consecutive games, the longest such streak in the majors since a 36-game stretch by the 2005 Minnesota Twins -- and the longest for an NL club since 1914. His 7-minute, 37-second marg

Shaq Fu was a fighting game released on Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, Amiga, Game Gear and Game Boy in 1994 where Shaq is ported into another dimension to rescue a young boy from an evil mummy named Sett-Ra. The game was released to mostly negative reviews, aside from GAMEPRO, which gave it a 4.5 out of 5 and quipped “spend some time to master Shaqs attacks, and youll gladly play the Fu.” Shaq Fu came out during a time where Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter II dominated the gaming market, but it had one huge flaw and that intentionally punned huge flaw was Shaq himself being the most dominant player of the game. Shaq was designed like Bo Jackson in Tecmo Bowl or Michael Vick in Madden 04, he was absolutely unstoppable if you mastered the character. The new version, Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn looks to have next-generation graphics as you can see in the trailer below and has raised about $1500 so far (about 3% of what it needs to go forward). Despite the lack of funding so far, there are some pretty cool prizes for the larger donors, including an evening at TNT studios for a meet and greet with with the NBA on TNT crew (travel not included). If youre swimming in cash, hanging out with Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson, Shaq and Kenny Smith would be a good investment. Or if you want some social media cred, Shaq will follow you on Twitter for a measly $1000. Here is a video of Shaqs plea to fund the deal: You can catch Shaq and the Inside the NBA crew during the NBA on TSN every Thursday. Cowboys Jerseys Online ." Their most recent loss, 109-101 in Sacramento on Wednesday, was eerily similar to Saturdays defeat at the hands of the Trail Blazers.Vincenzo Nibali put his lungs and legs to work one last time, marching up to the winners podium of the Tour de France and sighing deeply before the Italian anthem echoed over the Champs-Elysees. Chants of "Vin-cen-zo!" rang across the famed avenue for the Sicilian, who dominated the race nearly from the start three weeks ago and on Sunday became the first Italian to win cyclings greatest race since Marco Pantani in 1998. Marcel Kittel of Germany won Stage 21 in a sprint, his fourth victory this year. Nibali cruised in 24 seconds later, easily retaining a lead of more than seven minutes on his closest rival. He received pats on the back, kissed his wife and infant daughter and was mobbed by cameras. "Now that I find myself on the highest step on the Champs-Elysees podium, its more beautiful than I ever imagined," Nibali, the Arc de Triomphe behind him, told the crowd. "Ive never been this moved in all my life." Nibali, likened by some as the emperor of the pack, conquered where others did not: notably Chris Froome of Britain, the 2013 Tour winner, and two-time champion Alberto Contador of Spain. Both crashed out with injuries before the halfway mark. As if mountain climbs, bone-jarring cobblestones, crashes and rain-splattered rides werent enough, Nibali faced the scrutiny that comes with the yellow jersey in a sport long damaged by drugs. Nibali, who calls himself "a flag-bearer of anti-doping," noted that his success came through pinpoint focus on this race as the season began and opportunistic attacks in which he was able to nibble seconds on his rivals. There were no eye-popping performances, as was the case when doping was so prevalent. The Astana team leader is only the sixth rider to win all three Grand Tours -- France, Italy and Spain. His win comes 10 years after Pantani, a flamboyant rider, died from a drug overdose. Nibali won four stages -- a feat not equaled by a Tour winner since Lance Armstrong won five a decade ago. The Italian wore the yellow jersey for all but two stages since Stage 1. His 7-minute, 37-second margin over runner-up Jean-Christophe Peraud equals that of Armstrong over Swiss rider Alex Zulle in 1999 -- a result nullified because of doping. Before that, the biggest margin was that of Germanys Jan Ullrich: He beat Richard Virenque by just more than nine minutes in 1997. In one of the subplots of this race, Peraud and third-placed Thibaut Pinot became the first Frenchmen to reach the Tour podium since Virenque in that year -- a fact not lost on many homegrown fans. Pinot was 8:15 behind. Armstrong, Ullrich and Virenque were caught in nearly a generation of doping scandals. Armstrong, in cyclings biggest scandal, admitted to doping and was stripped of his recorrd seven Tour titles.dddddddddddd Nibali and many others in the peloton say that era is past. But his own victories in the 2010 Vuelta and the Italian Giro last year were tarnished by doping involving other riders. Cyclings governing body has made great efforts to halt drug use, but few cycling experts believe the pack is fully clean. Authorities in Italy and France have been among the most aggressive in cracking down on doping, and the victory of an Italian, followed by two Frenchmen, could be a sign the peloton is getting cleaner. Some suggested that Nibali was just the best among the riders still in this Tour. Colombias Nairo Quintana, who won the Giro dItalia in May, didnt ride. Bradley Wiggins, the 2012 Tour winner, was passed over so his Sky Team could focus on Froome. Then Froome and Contador pulled out. But even before they left, Nibali had a two-second lead on them by winning Stage 2. Then, in Stage 5 after Froome crashed out, the Italian excelled on cobblestone patches that slowed Contador, who lost more than 2 1/2 minutes to Nibali. The Spaniard felt compelled to attack. On a downhill in Stage 10, Contador fractured his shin. But Nibali -- known as "The Shark of the Strait" in a nod to the waterway near his hometown of Messina, Sicily, and his attacking style -- didnt stop there. He went on to win that stage, up to the super steep La Planche des Belles Filles. It was the first of three stages with uphill finishes that he won, adding one in the Alps and another in the Pyrenees -- each time dealing small but cumulatively significant blows to contenders. This 101st Tour began in Yorkshire, England, and guided riders over 3,664 kilometres (2,277 miles), with high-mountain rides in the Vosges, Alps and Pyrenees. Tejay van Garderen, the top U.S. rider, said on Twitter this was the hardest of his four Tours. He finished fifth overall, 11:24 behind Nibali, after climbing a spot in Saturdays time trial. Nibali said the Tour layout was "almost made to measure for me." He also noted that crashes are part of the race, and hes been such a victim in the past. As he stepped down from the podium, Nibali hurled the winners bouquet into the crowd, and a fan handed him an inflatable shark. Many waved French and Italian flags. "I think its very important for cycling in Italy because at the moment there isnt a lot of trust," said spectator Massimo Solaroli, a 47-year-old physical education teacher from the Italian town of Imola. "We dont believe an Italian champion can win an important race without doping." But Nibali, he added, gives reason for hope. "I think he can be a good champion for all the people, not only for Italian people, because hes very humble," he said. e tunnel to pitch next seaso

ARLINGTON, Texas -- Athletics right-hander A.J. Griffin is scheduled to have elbow surgery Wednesday, and will miss the entire season with fellow third-year starter Jarrod Parker. "We were hoping that wasnt going to be the case," Oakland manager Bob Melvin said before Tuesdays game in Texas. "Losing two guys like that for the entire season is a difficult blow. Ones a blow, two is tough. You move on, but you certainly have a lot of sympathy for the two guys that are having to go through that, because theyve meant so much to this team over the last couple of years." Parker, who had been expected to be Oaklands opening day starter, had Tommy John surgery on his right elbow during spring training. Griffin will have the surgery after getting a second opinion Tuesday from Dr. Thomas Mehlhoff in Houston. Melvin said he didnt know the specifics of the surgery Griffin will have or how extensive it would be. He had spoken only briefly to Griffin. "Hes always pretty happy-go-lucky, in good spirits," Melvin said. "I think the fact that hes having it done this early gives him a light at the end of the tunnel to pitch next season. The longer that goes on, the more difficult it is to come back and get semi-close to a full season. Hes looking at it very positively." Parker and Griffin combined for 26 victories last season. Griffin was 14-10 with a 3.83 ERA last season after making his major league debut in 2012 going 7-1 with a 3.06 ERA in 15 starts for the As. Parker went 13-8 in 2012, and was 12-8 last season. Quite surprisingly, this is the first time since 1986 that the Argonauts and Ticats have met in the Eastern Final. The Hamilton Spectators Steve Milton also points out that, even more amazingly, this is the first time the Argos and Ticats have each had at least 10 wins in the same year. Rookie Shane Horton starts at middle linebacker for all-star Robert McCune, who will miss the game with a shoulder injury. Horton was a safety at USC and has played both outside linebacker and rush end for Toronto this year. He took at least 90 per cent of the snaps at MLB during practices this week. Another rookie will start at the boundary halfback position. Neiko Thorpe, a member of the 2010 NCAA champion Auburn Tigers, played well replacing Pat Watkins at cornerback when the two teams played last month in Guelph. Hes a big DB at 62". Head coach Scott Milanovich said earlier in the week that he didnt plan to dress five import receivers. With Chad Owens, John Chiles and Dontrelle Inman listed as starters, one can assume that either Bryant or Barnes is out. Barnes did take more reps with the first team this week than Bryant did. Kicker Swayze Waters had a very good week at practice. The yard lines were not drawn on the field during Fridays workout, but Waters hit what appeared to be a 60-yard field goal at the end of a special teams session and was mobbed by his teammates. Hes been our most consistent player, hes probably been the most consistent player in the whole league and hes poised for these moments. I think hes going to continue to be Ricky Ray and help us win." Khalif Mitchell: "Neiko Thorpe. Hes been more sound in the stuff that hes been doing as far as film and knowing his assignments. Hes the first one talking whenever a coach is asking about whats going on (in practice) or whats supposed to happen in a situation. Hes the first one to be vocal about it and that shows his confidence and that hes been studying off the field." Pat Watkins: "Mr. Ricky Ray. I mean, thats a sure bet. Born a star, been a star. Continuing to grow, a leader. Hes the man to get this while team going. If he plays well, well rally behind him." Chris Van Zeyl: "Khalif Mitchell. Hes dominant. When you watch him on film, theres not an offensive line, when he puts his mind to it, that can stop him. Ive watched him all year terrorize the guys on our team and whether he wins or loses, he leaves his mark every play. Hes a fiery guy, he brings emotion to the game and the defence feeds off him". Jeff Keeping: "Andre Durie. Hes been great this year and has been one of our best players. He works hard all the time, does everything the coaches ask him to do, and that exemplifies what this team is all about." Ricky Ray was asked three different times in three different ways and still wouldnt talk about one specific player. When teased afterward that he was incredibly boring, he laughed and said "I know".
